Mary Kay is the American company of direct sales producing cosmetics, means for care of skin and perfumery. It was founded in 1963 by Mary Kay Mary Kay Ash. Before Mary Kay within 25 years worked in the sphere of direct sales. Eventually, it came up against a situation, painfully familiar to many women: the boss gave increase not to it, and her male colleague whom it "grew up". At first Mary Kay wanted to write the book, but later decided to start own cosmetic business.
