Rules of the section "Question-answer"

Creation of a question

The section "Question-answer" is created for mutual aid and exchange of experience between participants of the website. Any user of the website can ask a question which interests him. This question will be seen by other participants of the website, and those who know the answer or a solution will be able to share it with the author of a question.

The main heading of a question which is included in the general list of questions has to transfer all heart of the matter or problems. When other users see a question in the general list, it has to be clear to them what there is a speech about, even before opening of the page of a question. For example, the formulation "Watering of vegetables" does not allow to understand in what heart of the matter. "How often it is necessary to water vegetables?" - the option is already much better, but still too general to give the concrete answer. "How often it is necessary to water cabbage?" - it is already much better. Of course, not each question can be formulated completely one phrase. Therefore in the field "Full Text of a Question" it is possible and it is necessary to specify all details of a question, and if necessary to place the explaining photos. However, even if you completely disclosed all heart of the matter in the field "Full Text of a Question", in the previous field it is all the same necessary to formulate a question most precisely and clear.

It is not recommended to create questions which analogs already are on the website if the existing questions have a decision. Before asking a question, use search of the existing similar questions. The author of a question can edit it within 1 hour after creation. If this time expired, it is possible to specify a question by means of comments which can be added to a question.

Answers and comments

Any registered user, including the author of a question, can add one or several answers to a question. The answer can be supplied with pictures and video. The answer has to contain only necessary information opening a question subject. No excess discussions in reply need to be added. Also the answer should not duplicate already created other answers.

It is possible to add comments to questions and answers. In them it is possible to conduct any discussions of the touched subject and to add the specifications to a question or the answer. Comments are displayed as the usual text, without formatting. The answers and comments can be edited within 15 minutes after creation.

Choice of the decision

The author of a question has to trace all answers which arrive from users. He receives notices of new answers and comments on the email. If any answer suits the author of a question, he has to choose it as the decision, having pressed the button reference "This Decision!" under the text of the answer. The choice of the answer the decision is available only to the author of a question. It is allowed to choose several decisions for one question. As the decision it is possible to choose the answer, but not the comment. If the author doubts what answer to choose as the decision, then it is recommended to choose that answer which gathered most of all pluses. The choice of the answer the decision is not final. The author of a question can always change the mind and change the choice.

If the author found the answer to the question in other source, it is recommended to publish the found solution in the form of the answer to the question. It will help other users with the same problem quicker to find its solution.

Rating in the section (authority)

For activity in the section users get points of the authority. Points are considered separately on headings of questions, and in the sum give the general authority of the user as expert in the field of gardening.

When someone puts plus to a question, the author of a question gets +1 point.
When put plus to the answer, the author of the answer gets +5 points.
When choosing the answer the decision the author of the answer gets +30 points (only if the author of the answer and the author of a question not the same person).
When the author of a question chooses the decision, he gets +5 points (only if there are no other decisions yet).

The charged points of the authority are added also to overall rating of the user on the website.

The price markup of points of the authority by unfair means - is forbidden. Site administrators reserve the right to adjust unfairly got points.

Work of moderators

Moderators at discretion can edit or even to delete any questions, answers and comments violating the general rules of the website or the rule of this section. Besides, moderators can choose the best answer as the decision if the author of a question did not make it.
