Christian Lacroix was born in 1951 in Arles, France. Parents prophesied it career of the curator of the museum, but in the 80th he became the fashionable impresario who also took part in creation of models and advertizing campaigns. Further it worked in Hermes, for Jean Patou, with Jean-Jacques Picard. In 1986 Lacroix and Picard combined efforts and created the Christian Lacroix brand. The first aroma of the brand appeared in 1990.
