Yves Saint Laurent was born on August 1, 1936 in Oran (Algeria). He was an independent stylist in Paris until there was the designer and the partner Doma House of Dior. In 1957, after Christian Dior death, he became the chief designer of the brand. His career in Doma Dior ended in 1960 when he was called up for the French military service. When in 1962 he returned to Paris, did not begin to come back in Dior, and founded own Yves Saint Laurent. Seong Laurent finds to himself inspiration in the history, art and literature. The Rich Fantasy Peasant collection in 1976 brought it world fame.
